In this role, you will leverage your expertise in industrial automation and control systems (IACS) to provide security consultancy services and strengthen the cybersecurity posture of critical infrastructures.

You have hands-on experience with industrial environments and cybersecurity, and you can apply technical knowledge to real-world security challenges. Previous experience in security consultancy is considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and improve the security of OT and IACS environments.

• Conduct risk assessments, threat modeling, and security audits.

• Provide guidance on secure product development and lifecycle practices.

• Support clients in implementing cybersecurity standards and best practices.

• Prepare security documentation and deliver consultancy reports.

What we expect from you

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in industrial organizations within the cybersecurity domain.

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Automation, or a related field.

• Technical experience:

  • Cybersecurity standard IEC 62443

  • Secure Product Development principles

  • Embedded/IoT security

  • Security controls and hardening techniques

  • Industrial communication protocols

  • Security documentation practices

  • Threat Modeling & Risk Assessment

• Fluent communication skills in English (Finnish is a big plus).

We also appreciate if you have:

• Familiarity with other cybersecurity standards/frameworks: ISO 27001, MITRE ATT&CK, COBIT, NIST SP 800-53

• Understanding of typical IACS components and SCADA concepts

• Knowledge of Defense-in-Depth strategies

• Experience with Security Development Lifecycle (SDL) practices

• Programming skills for automation or security-related tasks

• Certifications: CISSP, CEH, SSCP, GICSP, GRID, IEC 62443
